Note:

  • The accessories ordered with electric scooters can come in separate deliveries since they come from different warehouses, including helmet, seat, lock or other.
  • Taxes are collected by the customs of the destination country according to its rules and policies. These charges, if incurred, must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping fees, customs fees, and handling fees.
  • In case of an emergency due to Covid-19, in case of force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. However, we guarantee that your order will be processed quickly when time permits.
  • isinwheel takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged during shipment. However, damage to products may occur during shipment from isinwheel's facility to delivery to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us to request a refund or return, we will give you suggestions to help you with the process, within 3 working days after receiving the package. Please note that in case of any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or damage attributable to the operational stage (the system will not work), please take the digital photos and provide isinwheel with detailed proof of the damage, as this will allow us to help to. process the return of the order.
  • Please confirm your address before payment. isinwheel orders can only be shipped to the country where the order was placed. If you request to change the address after your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by the change of address after the order has been shipped.
  • When placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct name, address and contact information so that we can successfully deliver your items.

3. ¿When my order will be processed

From Monday to Friday, for small orders, it takes one day to process the shipment.
For orders placed over the weekend, your products will ship on Monday.
If you have special circumstances or requirements, please let us know. We are a professional seller of electric scooters for 7 years (you can leave us a message during the process of adding the products to the shopping cart).

4. Order cancellation:
(1) If we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 working days, the customer can only request to cancel the order.
(2) If your products have not been shipped, you can also cancel the order.
(3) Once the products are shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer rejects the package upon delivery, a 5% return shipping fee will be charged.

5. Package tracking:
Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. When your order is processed and leaves our facility, shipping notifications, including tracking information, will be sent to your email address.

6. Delivery of time :

Delivery time will depend on the delivery destination. You can check the bill of lading number through the carrier's website to understand the delivery time of the order. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the date the order was placed.
