1.Holiday Shipping Notice:
Due to the impact of COVID-19, our carriers are prioritizing the delivery of vaccine shipments and as a result, you may experience a delay in receiving your gifts this holiday season.

2.In which countries can you deliver?
All iSinwheel products can be shipped to Spain.

3. How much is the shipping cost? How long would it take for my product to arrive?
Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option.

Taxes are collected by the Customs offices in the destination country according to their rules and policies. The customer is responsible for finding out the situation in his country. Shipments from all our warehouses are not paid. Therefore, where applicable, these charges must be paid by customers. Customers take full responsibility for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.

4. When will my order be processed?
For orders placed Monday through Friday, your items will be shipped within 1 day.
For orders placed on the weekend, your items will be shipped on Monday.
If you have special circumstances or requirements, please let us know. We are a professional seller of electric scooters for 7 years (you can leave us a message during the process of adding to the shopping cart).

5. Cancellation of orders:
The customer can only request the cancellation of an order if we are unable to fulfill and ship their order within 7 business days. You can also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer rejects the package at the time of delivery, the return shipping will be charged.

6. Package tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipping notification, including tracking information, will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

7.Delivery time:
The delivery time will depend on the delivery destination. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier's website to know the delivery time of your order. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.
